As a child of a family who has done business on Oahu since the 1950s, customer satisfac-
tion was ingrained in my work ethic. My grandfather used to always treat his customers as family, so did my dad, and now I am keeping this tradi- tion alive. I am so fortunate in this day and age to have a talented team of pas- sionate partners: Jamie Kakugawa, my daughter, and Shaun Marcelo, Alan Agorilla, Richard Abang, man- agers and certified technicians like Ikaika, Zion, Aukai, Edgar, Ruben, Dustin, Joshua and other team mem- bers ,who practice the “old traditional values” of hard honest work, and treating the customer as our family, which we take pride in.
