Homeworks President and Chief of Operations Sylvio Boucher (shown in page 8 photo), who han- dled the demolition and foundation work, noted that the new two-story home will provide the fami- ly with approximately 2,954 square feet of interior living space, plus an additional 675 square feet of lanai and garage space.

mite infestation. It was not worth saving or remodel- ing, and the owners had really outgrown it — they were ready for a new home and they liked the location with open space to the rear of the lot. Building new was the right choice. We present-
ed them with a design plan that worked for their needs and lifestyle and was within their budget.”
When completed, the new home will include five bed- rooms, three baths, a large open main living area, and a custom kitchen designed
by Homeworks award- winning kitchen designer Sean Bradshaw. Windows and doors will take advan- tage of views and natural ventilation provided by Nuuanu Valley breezes.
