Hi, I’m Wendell Guieb, the owner of W.G. Construction LLC. I have been a contractor since 1990. We work from flat ground to the hardest area of your project, and still provide reasonable prices. Before starting the work, I will make sure that both parties (homeowner and contractor) agree and understand the scope of the work.

I am a general contractor with the experience to build new homes, complete renovations, build additions, “jack up” homes and perform any other small tasks. We can provide demolition on your old house and build your new dream home. We also can build an accessory dwelling unit onto your property.

I also have a Cement Concrete Contractor License, which allows me to work with placing and finishing concrete, and have many years of experience. We work on concrete foundation, slab, concrete sidewalk and driveway. What is important about installing concrete is following the right procedures.

We can help you build your fence or retaining walls, which includes excavation, compaction, rebar and grouting.

I work with our clients to design their projects and provide architectural and engineering advice. We will design your project the way you want and will handle the processing to get your building permit done.

As the owner, I fully supervise each project to make sure the job goes according to plan and my crew always keeps the job site safe and clean.

I ensure good quality control when building to make sure only choice materials are used. My goal is to make sure the job is finished at the committed time given to the customer.

Quality work and satisfaction at the end of the project are important to our company.

We receive most of our new clients from referrals from existing ones — another testament to our company’s endearing work ethic.
