Additional renovations to improve bathroom safety include adjusting the height of counters and toilets, and installing grab bars and non-slip flooring in critical areas. Beeck introduced walk-in bathtubs to Hawaii and has installed them in senior living facilities at Kuakini Medical Center, as well as in homes and apartments throughout Oahu.
