Beeck notes that because each walk-in shower is a unique custom design, the homeowner chooses the accessories, which the designer will order, before the actual work begins. These include sprays, both rainshower and hand-held styles, compartments for soaps and shampoos, grab bars, seats, and tile and marble finishes; wheelchair-accessibility can also be specified.
