Three years ago, Ping Lin launched Top Builder Construction Inc. with a simple but ambitious goal: he intended to build one of the best general contracting services in Hawaii.
With more than two decades of experience in the construction industry, half in Asia and half in the United States, Lin knew his unique perspective would be valuable in the renovation, remodeling and construction services he would offer to Oahu’s diverse population.
“We have a very good understanding of Asian culture and the construction preferences of Asian families and companies,” Lin explained.
With broad multicultural experience, Top Builder tackles commercial and residential building projects in Hawaii for clients from all over Asia and the U.S. Lin said his team, with English, Japanese, Korean and Chinese speakers, has enough skill and experience to complete any job with precision and quality.
“We specialize in construction as a whole, handling every part of the process from conception to completion,” he commented. “Our services cover everything from maintenance to kitchen and bathroom remodeling, room additions, flooring, roofing and all the labor related to new home construction.”
To help clients define their visions for their surroundings, Top Builder offers four different design concept packages: Simple, Zen, Modern and Luxury.
“We can provide the whole service from design and decoration to furnishings,” Lin said. “All customers have to do is to let us know their preferred style.”
The company also offer consulting services to investors who want to remodel properties to maximize their resale potential.
“Most people want the best value for their dollar when doing home renovations, but the money cannot always be recouped when it’s time to sell,” said Lin. “We can help customers compare cost vs. value to come up with a remodeling plan that will help maximize their property value in the resale market.”
Top Builder’s counter and flooring materials, imported from Taiwan and offered exclusively by the company, were created for today’s hottest design trends and include styles in ceramic, porcelain, travertine, limestone, onyx, quartz, granite, marble and others.
