Durable windows keep shining
When Jill Kauka was in the market for new windows, she heard from two individuals who recommended Windows Hawaii. Kauka had just bought a new house, and recalled that Windows Hawaii general manager Mario Garcia actually showed up on moving day to give her a quote and information about the Alii Extreme windows, an Anlin line exclusively carried by Windows Hawaii.
Anlin’s line of Alii Extreme windows and doors are specifically designed with island residents in mind. These windows feature a triple-layer silver glass coating to block the majority of harmful ultra-violet rays — which, in turn, reduces heating and cooling costs — cam-style locks for security and a weather-tight seal; a triple-fin weather strip, three-chamber silicon spacer and other state-of-the-art features. Plus, all Alii Extreme windows come with a lifetime warranty.
Kauka said she could immediately tell a difference in her home after the brand-new windows were installed.
“When we had that heavy rain in October, we couldn’t hear a thing, thanks to the new windows,” Kauka said. “I didn’t even hear the rubbish can blow over (during the storm). They are definitely superior windows and doors.”
Kauka said everything — from ordering the windows to installation — went smoothly, due to Windows Hawaii’s professionalism and highly qualified crew. Kauka’s windows were installed in October, and the process was more seamless than she expected.
“The installers were wonderful,” she recalled. “They were efficient, clean and friendly. They even gave us some information about some of the other projects we were considering, and they offered their advice during their breaks.
“And, the windows fit perfectly,” Kauka added. “There were no hiccups once they were in. The installers did an amazing job. They left no detail unnoticed, as far as caulking and fitting, as well as (gave) advice about how to clean the windows and paint specific areas. I just can’t say enough about Windows Hawaii — the people putting in those windows are so professional.”
