Because home renovations are such a commitment — in terms of both time and cost — customers want to make sure they’re in capable hands. With local company Windows Hawaii, which has been serving Oahu residents since 2007, individuals can rest assure that the business has their best interest in mind.

Customer Nani Bacon attested to this. Two years ago, Bacon was looking for a reputable company to fix her windows. Bacon followed her niece’s recommendation and went with the same company where she had purchased her windows.

“The vog messed up my acrylic windows that I had originally with my house,” Bacon said. “I called the window company that was referred to me, and they installed three windows. However, I wasn’t happy because one of the windows was broken.

They ended up taking two months — almost three months — to repair the broken window.”

On the hunt for a different window company to help her, Bacon was flipping through MidWeek and found an ad for Windows Hawaii. She gave them a call and said the company exemplified top-notch customer service from day one.

“The girl who answers the phone (at Windows Hawaii) is always friendly; she’s not grumpy,” Bacon said. “Small things like that count — it shows the company has good customer service.”

In addition, Bacon recalled Windows Hawaii general manager Mario Garcia personally coming to her home to explain more about the company’s products.

“He had samples and showed me the difference between his window and the competitor’s window, which I already had installed in my house,” Bacon said. “Because I had the other company’s window in three spots, I could see what Mario was talking about. It was also helpful that Mario brought products — the guy from the other company didn’t bring any of his products; he only brought magazines (to show me).”

Windows Hawaii installed seven more windows in Bacon’s home. She said this renovation job made a huge difference, and she continues to refer Windows Hawaii to any friend or family member looking for new windows.

“My home is cooler and the noise is less,” she concluded. “I cannot say how happy and grateful I am to have come across Mario and Windows Hawaii. Without any references from anybody else, I took a chance, called them and got what I was looking for — an excellent product. I only wish I had contacted them earlier!”
