Pristine views, reliable service are here to stay
Product warranty, product quality and the installation process — when it comes to home renovations, these factors are essential for customers to consider. According to Mario Garcia, general manager of Windows Hawaii, customers can guarantee their homes are in good hands when they choose this local company.
“Windows Hawaii makes any window replacement as easy as possible,” Garcia stated. “We introduced a high-quality product at affordable prices in 2007, and we strive to satisfy every customer. It’s this type of commitment that sets us apart from other companies.”
First off, Garcia confirmed that Windows Hawaii always has the customers’ best interest in mind. He encouraged customers to “do their homework” when deciding to go with a potential company. Garcia advised customers to check the company’s license number and research any lifetime warranties on their products. In fact, including a lifetime warranty on Windows Hawaii’s products is the company’s way of looking out for its customers, Garcia said.
“We have a limited lifetime warranty on all of our products and services,” Garcia added. “Our complete warranty information is discussed with prospective buyers at the time of presentation and is sent to them after the product installation has been completed. We were the first local company to offer a lifetime installation warranty on our products since 2007.”
This local company is also the exclusive, island-wide carrier of the Alii Extreme line of windows and doors by Anlin Window Systems, a quality windows manufacturer. Because Hawaii has a unique climate, having windows that are tailor made for island homes is important. “Anlin windows are known for their INFINIT e coating, which is on the inside of the glass,” Garcia said. “Anlin is the exclusive manufacturer that offers INFINIT e. Other manufacturers often build windows for their customers who live on the mainland, and they don’t encounter these issues because the climate is different.”
Customer Donna Campbell turned to Windows Hawaii after several attempts to find a reputable contractor to do renovations on her home. She had originally signed with another contractor, who couldn’t do the job in the end.
“The installation of the windows was done first class,” Campbell confirmed. “Windows Hawaii did what they said they were going to do, and they did it well.”
