Window pros whose priority is customer service

For the third year in a row, Windows Hawaii received the first-place award in the Windows Replacement category of the Honolulu Star-Advertiser’s “Hawaii’s Best” Awards. The company has been in business for nine years now, and general manager Mario Garcia wants customers to know how much they’re appreciated.

Providing unbeatable customer service is important, according to Garcia, and he said Windows Hawaii will always go the extra mile for its clientele.

“The category for windows replacement is new; that category didn’t exist until three years ago,” Garcia said. “We have lots of loyal customers, and we want to thank them for voting for us and making us No. 1 again. We will not let them down; we will do what’s right every time.”

To express its appreciation, Windows Hawaii is offering a free security door to return customers who purchased five or more windows.

“This promotion is for the entire month of July,” Garcia confirmed. “The security door is valued at $1,300, so this is a great deal. Returning customers can take advantage of the free security door, and all you pay for is the installation process.”

Next year, Windows Hawaii is coming up on a milestone, celebrating its 10-year anniversary in 2017. The company also would like to thank its loyal customers for their business and referrals.
