The Building Industry Association of Hawaii (BIA-Hawaii) will present the 29th annual BIA Renaissance Building & Remodeling Awards May 28 during the Gala Awards Dinner at the Royal Hawaiian Hotel.

This statewide competition is available to all residential, commercial and public works projects and welcomes contractors, developers, architects and designers. It includes all residential and commercial projects, either new construction or remodeled, that have not been previously entered in a BIA Renaissance Building & Remodeling Awards competition.

Entry divisions include Residential Remodeling, Commercial Remodeling, New Residential, New Commercial, High Rise Lifestyle Residential, High Rise Lifestyle Commercial, Public Works, Landscape, Outdoor Living, Hawaii BuiltGreen™, Historical, Kitchen & Bath.
