The 56th annual BIA-Hawaii Parade of Homes is Hawaii’s biggest open house of new homes held statewide. This year’s parade is Oct. 6, 7, 13 and 14. The printed guidebook will be distributed in the Sunday, Sept. 30 Honolulu Star-Advertiser and also will be available online at www.biahawaii.org. The awards gala that announces the Grand Champion, Best in Show Neighbor Islands and the division winners will be held Oct. 2 in Royal Hawaiian Hotel’s Monarch Room.

Since BIA was founded in 1955, the Parade of Homes has been a cornerstone venue to showcase the newest trends in home building. We even hold the record for introducing the first all-electric homes built in the Islands, which featured electric appliances and refrigeration.
