When it comes to qualities that set Windows Hawaii apart, customer service and superior products come to mind. But, according to general manager Mario Garcia, the business has always been customer service-oriented.

“We go the extra mile to ensure the customer gets what they deserve,” Garcia said. “We recognize that customers can go anywhere (for business), but when it comes to window replacement, we want them to think of Windows Hawaii — the No. 1 and only chosen Hawaii’s best company.”

Windows Hawaii has been the recipient of Hawaii’s Best — First Place award for two consecutive years (2014 and 2015) in Honolulu Star-Advertiser. The company has been in business for nine years now, and as the company gears up for its 10-year anniversary, Garcia wants customers to know how much they’re appreciated.

“We’re hitting a milestone next year, and we have thousands of satisfied customers who refer us to their friends,” he said. “We want to thank our customers for trusting Windows Hawaii and for voting for us as the No. 1 window replacement company in Hawaii two years in a row.”

Customers who enjoyed their experience with Windows Hawaii can participate in the company’s referral program, which provides extra opportunities to demonstrate customer loyalty. According to Garcia, Windows Hawaii’s customer referral program is unparalleled.

“Nobody else has anything like it (this program), especially in our field,” Garcia said. “At the end of the year, we recognize those with the most referrals by presenting them with a token of our appreciation.”

January 2016 marked a new development in the customer referral program, as the individual with the highest number of referrals will win a trip for two to Las Vegas, which will be presented to them at the end of the year.

“The customer with the most referrals during 2016 will be the proud recipient of the Vegas trip,” Garcia confirmed. “This trip is exclusively for those with the most referrals during the calendar year. We also have quarterly Vegas trips as giveaways during the year to show appreciation to new customers.”

Garcia explains that the company has a database of customer referrals since 2007, but he revamped the program in 2012. Since then, it has expanded considerably.

“At Windows Hawaii, customer service is not a one-time thing — it’s inherent in the relationships we build,” Garcia summarized. “We don’t just create a customer; we create long-lasting relationships.
