Lito Coloma, owner and president of Cutting Edge Builders Hawaii, has more than 30 years of building experience in the construction industry. As a young boy growing up in an area with new home construction, Lito was fasci- nated with how new homes were built. Wanting to build his own home some day, he planned out his ultimate dream house in his spare time.
After high school, Lito began his home construction career as a carpenter appren- tice learning as much as he could at work and on weekends. After years of sharp- ening his skills as a carpenter and crew leader, he decided to become a building/ remodeling contractor. He used those years of experience to now manage his residential projects ranging from new construction and additions to whole house renovations, custom kitchens and baths. It’s one of his passions to transform an old
home into something fresh, updated and more useful for his clients.
Lito has always believed the success of a business depends on the quality and performance of its people.
