El Toro Zoysia thrives in full sun. Fong, adds that five hours daily is optimal.
“If your lawn gets anything less than four hours of direct sun, you should use a shade- tolerant grass, such as our dwarf Captiva St. Augustine.”
He recommends reel- mowing a lawn planted with El Toro Zoysia about every one to two weeks, with the blade height set at three- quarters of an inch, and watering three or four times per week.

est city park in downtown Honolulu. Located between South Beretania and South King streets, the 6-and-a- half acre park has hosted a variety of cultural and com- munity events over the years, including the King’s Runner 10K, La Hoihoi Ea and the In- tertribal Powwow.
