In the kitchen area, we used open spaces and a higher-ceiling concept, which magnifies the entire area. The contemporary kitchen cabinets and island area add a modern and sophisticated look to the house. For the exterior, with our recommendation, the client used a combination of James Hardie boards, metal siding and stucco, as well as modern-look- ing windows that give an entire facelift to the house.
