The Hawaiian koa hard- wood has been trea- sured for hundreds of
years by the Hawaiians. It has been used for anything from canoes, paddles, box- es, furniture, ukuleles and flooring. Due to the scarcity and high cost of this hard- wood, it is rarely ever used for flooring today.
Now, you can get the look of this rare hardwood for your floor. Metroflor Genesis Waterproof Flooring has cre- ated the best realistic-looking Hawaiian koa plank pattern available on the market. This photographic reproduction has an excellent wood tone and produces a rich, warm feeling. The name of this pat- tern is called Royal koa.
This pattern has an iri- descent shimmer and lus- cious color, which ranges from tan to warm gold with brown and red accents. No other wood pattern can cre- ate this spectacular look that radiates the beauty of all the
different colors found in this hardwood.
