and exterior design, and material selection processes, we finalized the house with a solid mahogany pivot en- try door, which opens to unparalleled, unobstructed views from all three floors, each accompanied with their own spacious lanais through commercial grade bi-folding, sliding doors. Exterior solid wood finish- ing and top-grade aluminum custom casement windows feature German hardware, and tempered glass com- bines functionality and style.
High-quality customized high-ceiling European cabi- nets, Cosentino counters,
and a waterfall countertop island imbue elegance and luxury. This unique kitchen embodies everything great about North European de- sign: modern, minimalistic and simplistic design trends; warm tones; functional, earthy undertones; and sus- tainable materials.
Due to all the detailed work, our clients are ex- tremely happy with the final house — from the de- sign, getting the permit ap- proved and throughout all building phases. The entire process was streamlined, efficient and delivered to homeowners with our one- stop-shop construction service, and we met their budgeted amount.
