AOne Electric has been owned by electrical and A/C contractor Edwin Lin (Lic: C-32728) for the past eight years, and not only provides residential and commercial air condition- ing, but also a variety of

living rooms, where fami- lies want bigger A/Cs.We don’t have a set installa- tion fee — it depends on the size of the A/C.”
While A One Electric’s Januar y schedule is all booked for installations, interested customers can still make arrangements for February. All custom- ers need to do is call Lin to schedule an estimate and A One Electric gives a free estimate the next day. If the customer de- cides to proceed with the installation, the process

takes one to four days, depending on the house. Most of A One’s projects include A/C installation in houses or condos.
“Customers like that we answer our phones quickly and get back to them im- mediately,” Lin confirmed. “We give estimates the ver y next day. It’s been so hot that ever ybody wants their A/Cs installed as soon
as possible.”
Repeat customers can
even enjoy extra discounts offered by A One Electric, according to Lin.
“Repeat customers get eight to 10 percent off A/C installation,” he stated. “We also offer a discount to customers who install more than three A/Cs.The discount depends on how big the A/C is.”
