Hi, I’m Wendell Guieb, the owner of W.G. Construction LLC. I have been a contractor since 1990 and am licensed as a general contractor with more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry.

Our W.G. Construction team is experienced in building new homes, completing renovations, constructing additions, “jacking up” homes and performing any other small tasks. We also demolish old houses to build new dream homes. Our team works on everything from flat ground to the most difficult area of your project while still providing reasonable prices.

We also build additional dwelling units (ADUs).

I have a Cement Concrete Contractor License that allows me and my team to work on concrete foundations, slabs, sidewalks and driveways. We can also help install fences and retaining walls, which requires excavation, compaction, rebar and grouting. Clients can be re

assured that we understand the importance in following the right procedures to install concrete.

We work with our clients to design their projects and provide architectural and engineering advice. We will design your project the way you want and finalize building permits.

As the company owner, I fully supervise each project to make sure the job goes according to plan and my crew always keeps the job site safe and clean.

I ensure good quality control when building to make sure only choice materials are used. My goal is to make sure the job is finished at the committed time given to the customer.

Quality work and satisfaction at the end of the project are important to W.G. Construction.

I have worked with many homeowners and business owners for many years and they still keep coming back. Many of W.G. Construction’s new clients are referred by existing clients — another testament to its endearing work ethic.
