When the winds pick up, you and your entire family can rest easy with new windows from Windows Hawaii. The company’s Alii Extreme line of windows and doors by Anlin Window Systems are a more than sufficient choice to begin with.
To start off, Alii Extreme’s glass has gone through rigorous testing and is proven to withstand winds of up to 120 miles per hour.
The window’s original strength can be taken up a few notches with optional upgrades at an additional cost — enhancing the safety of a household with simple yet very effective technologies.
The first is the sound and security package. This features tempered safety glass with a combination of an 1/8-3/16-inch integrated glass unit, which is four times more than annealed glass.
Meanwhile, triple-strength glass ups the product’s durability, as well as functions as an efficient noise reducer both inside and out.
When the weather is calm and it’s a nice day out, for those who prefer a little air flow without sacrificing a sense of security, ventilation latches and anti-lift stops are the perfect solution.
Included in the sound and security package, general manager Mario Garcia says, “the latches and stops work together to allow the windows to be open a few inches for ventilation, without being able to be opened further and without being able to be lifted out of the frame.”
Then, triple down with Windows Hawaii’s newest upgrade option, FirstGuard protection. FirstGuard technology reinforces Alii’s robust sound and security package creating a near-impenetrable triple layer lamination of glass and polymer, meaning customers receive double the thickness of standard laminate compared to most other windows.
This is done by fusing the polyvinyl butyral inner layer between two layers of glass. Fusing the different layers together makes the glass engineered to fracture but still remain in place, even after repeated attempts to break in or during windy storms.
“First Guard is the newest upgrade offered exclusively in all of our Alii Extreme products. No other manufacturers offer anything like it,” says Garcia. “We are happy to be of service and offer the best service department, along with the best products and attitude.”
Fret no more when high winds and inclement weather hit with the durable and reliable Windows Hawaii’s Alii Extreme windows and its impressive enhancements.
