Building for life
Imagine owning a custom-designed home at an affordable price. Imagine it being conveniently located near the freeway, bus lines, airport, Aloha Stadium, local shopping and dining, as well as elementary and high schools. Lilikoi Park Place, the only new residential project from Halawa to Pearl City, offers all this and much more.
Graham Builders, Hawaii’s premier design+build company, has partnered with Graham Properties on this exciting new housing project, just minutes from the Aiea Medical Building and Aiea Shopping Center. Pali Momi Medical Center and Pearlridge Shopping Center are also just minutes away.
Located at Moanalua Road and Lilikoi Place, Lilikoi Park Place is a custom designed and built single-family condominium project, with a total of eight new homes — two single-story and six two-story models. Home sites (land) average 5,000 square feet and prices start at $795,000, with options available.
Each home is custom designed to take advantage of the site conditions and views, and no two homes are alike. Those who purchase at Lilikoi Park Place are able to make modifications to the home design, and may select their finishes before the building starts.
“All of the homes have a distinctive dual-pitch roof reminiscent of plantation-style architecture, and a unique combination of panel siding and horizontal lap siding, giving the project a unified overall look and feel,” said Evan Fujimoto, president of Graham Builders. “However, we are able to work with homebuyers to modify the plans slightly and add certain features to cater to their specific lifestyle requirements.”
“For instance, one homeowner requested a large sewing room to accommodate her needs. Another family wanted to add a Whirlpool bath, storage trusses over the garage with a pull-down ladder, an island with eating counter in the kitchen and electrical for media wiring. A third homeowner wished to have split air conditioning added to the design.”
There are currently three homes that are in various stages of completion, with one unit scheduled to be completed soon. The new homes will have an island-style design with large open floor plans, numerous windows for light and ventilation and living areas ranging in size from 1,700 square feet to 2,400 square feet.
Designed for family comfort and entertaining, great rooms enable the living room, kitchen and dining room to be easily accessible. Floor plans are strategically configured with wider hallways and doorways for accessible living.
Extra features include indoor laundry, walk-in pantries, walk-in master closets and vaulted ceilings in most areas. The homes will either be three or four bedrooms, with two full baths plus a powder room. Each home will have a two-car carport or garage and concrete driveways with enough space to park two additional cars. “The experienced design team at Graham Builders created attractive and highly functional floor plans, offering buyers a unique opportunity to own a custom home that can accommodate everyone from young, growing families to empty-nesters. The attention to detail, generous room sizes and practical interior layouts — ideal for family living — make these custom homes so different from typical subdivision homes,” said Loren Graham, broker-in-charge of Graham Properties.
Sales of the fee simple single family condominium homes are being handled exclusively by Graham Properties, Inc. There are only two units left available for sale. Homeowners who are interested in learning more should call Graham Properties at 534-7888 or 593-9394.
