Much ground has to be covered, from drafting the plans, to working with the City and County of Honolulu Department of Planning and Permitting (DPP) for review and processing, obtaining approvals from Zoning, Waste-water Management, and the Board of Water Supply, and a final overview of the plans by DPP’s staff as well.
