The Building Industry Association of Hawaii (BIA-Hawaii) will present the 56th annual BIA Parade of Homes during the two open house weeks of Oct. 1-14. This year’s theme, “A New Home Revolution,” will showcase new homes on Oahu and educate consumers on the latest trends, technology and design innovations in residential construction.

Horton-Schuler Homes LLC; “Sandalwood by Gentry Plan 1-‘Iliahi,” “Sandalwood by Gentry Plan 3-Ha’aheo” and “Trades by Gentry Plan 3-Kaiaulu” by Gentry Homes Ltd.; as well as “Ka Makana at Hoakalei Koa Lifestyle Series, Residence 65.10” and “Ka Makana at Hoakalei Koa Premier Series, Residence 60.50” by Haseko Development Inc.
