Flooring expert offers free seminar - Kahala Floors

The latest offering is the My Kahala Style Flooring Workshop held one Saturday per month at the company’s beautiful 3,000 square foot Kalihi showroom located at 926 Kohou St. Just like with past seminars, company president Shirley Pai Hilton, a licensed flooring installer and expert in the field, will go over various types of wood flooring, laminate, vinyl, bamboo, natural stone and tile on the market. She will review the pros and cons of each type, installation information, subfloor preparation and maintenance. The goal is simple: How to most wisely spend your flooring dollars and come out with a happy ending.

This is a hands-on workshop allowing students to be interactive and have fun while learning about flooring together. Each attendee will receive a workshop kit filled with samples, product information and a free gift.
