‘Tis the season for giving thanks, praise

Windows Hawaii would like to wish all of its customers a warm “Happy Holidays.” According to Windows Hawaii general manager Mario Garcia, the company wants to express its appreciation to its loyal clientele.

“We exist thanks to our customers,” Garcia said. “Our customers are our No. 1 priority. We especially want to thank the Honolulu Star-Advertiser readers for choosing us as the No. 1 Window Replacement Company in Hawaii five years in a row, and for six years as Hawaii’s Best.”

Windows Hawaii has been in business since 2008, and as the company gears up for its 11-year anniversary, Garcia wants customers to know how valued they are.

“We can’t thank our customers enough for trusting Windows Hawaii,” he said. “We always go the extra mile to ensure the customer gets what they deserve.”

Besides its high-quality products, customer service is equally important at Windows Hawaii. In fact, Garcia explained choosing Windows Hawaii for your next renovation project has long-term payoffs — and not just in terms of top-notch windows and doors.

“During the year, we have quarterly Vegas trips as giveaways to show appreciation to our customers,” Garcia confirmed.

If customers had a positive experience with Windows Hawaii, they can participate in the company’s referral program, which provides additional opportunities to win big. Windows Hawaii’s customer referral program is unparalleled, according to Garcia.

“Nobody else in our industry has a program like it,” he said. “At the end of the year, we recognize those with the most referrals by presenting them with a token of our appreciation.”

The individual with the highest number of referrals will win a trip for two to Las Vegas, which will be presented to them at the end of the year. Garcia stated the company has a database of customer referrals since 2008, but he revamped the program in 2012 and it has expanded considerably since then. He further mentioned that this year will be another exceptionally close year for first place since many of his satisfied customers referred Windows Hawaii to their friends, families and acquaintances.

“When our customers are satisfied, they talk about the product to their friends and family, and at that time, they send us a name or number. We nurture the relationship from there.

“At Windows Hawaii, customer service is not a onetime thing — it’s inherent in the relationships we build,” Garcia summarized. “We don’t just create a customer; we create long-lasting relationships.”
