Power up with a variety of electrical services

A One Electric has been owned by electrical and A/C contractor Edwin Lin (Lic: C-32728) for the past eight years, and not only provides residential and commercial air conditioning, but also a variety of electrical services. These services include residential rewiring, new commercial, new residential and repair and maintenance.

“We do both, residential and commercial A/C installation,” Lin said. “Currently, we’ve been doing a lot more residential jobs — A/C installations in homes.”

“We’re finding that many of our customers are installing bigger A/Cs in their homes,” he added. “Most of our residential installations have been for living rooms, where families want bigger A/Cs. We don’t have a set installation fee — it depends on the size of the A/C.”

While A One Electric’s January schedule is all booked for installations, interested customers can still make arrangements for February. All customers need to do is call Lin to schedule an estimate and A One Electric gives a free estimate the next day. If the customer decides to proceed with the installation, the process takes one to four days, depending on the house. Most of A One’s projects include A/C installation in houses or condos.

“Customers like that we answer our phones quickly and get back to them immediately,” Lin confirmed. “We give estimates the very next day. It’s been so hot that everybody wants their A/Cs installed as soon as possible.”

Repeat customers can even enjoy extra discounts offered by A One Electric, according to Lin.

“Repeat customers get eight to 10 percent off A/C installation,” he stated. “We also offer a discount to customers who install more than three A/Cs. The discount depends on how big the A/C is.”
