According to general manager Andy Cao, Hua Xia has been in business for the past nine years. Cao stated that having good relationships with current and potential customers are an integral part to the business. Hua Xia provides free estimates and free consultations for customers, and the company always walks through the entire renovation process with its clients.

“I think people are always curious to know how customers are satisfied with our company,” Cao said. “We always treat customers like family. Also, we always show up to the job on time, get the jobs done on time and respect our customers.”

Steven, one of Hua Xia’s current clients, has nothing but positive things to say regarding his experience with the company. Steven was referred to Cao by a co-worker who had his home built by Hua Xia Construction.

“We’re doing a complete rebuild because our home was getting ver old, and we had to expand with a growing family,” Steven explained. “In January (of this past year), we began construction — a complete demolition and ground-up rebuild.”

“Andy is very good at communicating. He’s good on his timeline of completing the project and his budget is on track,” the client added. “He is prompt in responding to my calls, and he’s very easy to work with.”

While the company welcomes new customers, Hua Xia provides additional discounts to returning customers as a token of appreciation.

“We usually give returning customers a 20 percent discount on their renovation job,” Cao confi rmed.

Currently, customer alike can take advantage of Hua Xia’s summer specials. During July, clients will receive an additional 25 percent off on any kitchen or bath renovation.
