Builder leaves client ‘amazed’
When Sharon McQueen’s 83-year-old mother wanted to tear down her outdated Kapahulu home and completely build new, McQueen knew that she had her work cut out for her. The project alone was one of grand scale, yet it was the logistics as well that called for the highest caliber of construction company expertise.
“My mom was timid to talk to anyone, and I am living in Texas trying to be the middleman on the project and help run things from here,” McQueen explained. “It was an overwhelming idea at first, and we knew it would take someone special to handle the job.” Luckily for McQueen and her family, a friend had seen a write-up of owner Andy Cao and his company, Hua Xia Construction.
