“All of the homes have a distinctive dual-pitch roof reminiscent of plantation-style architecture, and a unique combination of panel siding and horizontal lap siding, giving the project a unified overall look and feel,” said Evan Fujimoto, president of Graham Builders. “However, we are able to work with homebuyers to modify the plans slightly and add certain features to cater to their specific lifestyle requirements.”

“For instance, one homeowner requested a large sewing room to accommodate her needs. Another family wanted to add a Whirlpool bath, storage trusses over the garage with a pull-down ladder, an island with eating counter in the kitchen and electrical for media wiring. A third homeowner wished to have split air conditioning added to the design.”

There are currently three homes that are in various stages of completion, with one unit scheduled to be completed soon. The new homes will have an island-style design with large open floor plans, numerous windows for light and ventilation and living areas ranging in size from 1,700 square feet to 2,400 square feet.

Designed for family comfort and entertaining, great rooms enable the living room, kitchen and dining room to be easily accessible. Floor plans are strategically configured with wider hallways and doorways for accessible living.

Extra features include indoor laundry, walk-in pantries, walk-in master closets and vaulted ceilings in most areas. The homes will either be three or four bedrooms, with two full baths plus a powder room.
