Yeung recalled a recent venture during which CV Construction LLC revamped a home with renovations to three bedrooms, two bathrooms and the kitchen. During the process, the mother of the homeowner waited in anticipation as she hoped for welcomed changes to her daughter’s dwelling. After the renovation was complete, the mother walked through the home and was brought to tears after seeing the upgraded functionality and beauty of the house — suffice it to say, the family was thrilled with the results.

“We’re definitely a family-oriented company. We consult the client as opposed to dictating each job, and it really depends on the needs and budget of each customer and what’s best for their family,” said Yeung, Project Manager for CV Construction LLC. “That level of service really sets us apart from the competition.”

The company garnered third place honors in the “Best Construction Company” category — quite an accomplishment for a local business that has remained true to its local roots while fostering community awareness.

“We were extremely honored to receive the award, and the recognition has pushed us to strive for even better customer service and results in 2014,” Yeung said.
