“This newly formulated, easy-to-use stain and topcoat provide increased workability and reduced gloss in a quick-drying formula for staining Fypon pieces,” said Niki Decker, senior manager of product and marketing for Fypon. “The color-fast stain resists fading, bleaching and yellowing to create a beautiful, long-lasting finish with a natural wood finish look.”
Same-Day Stains are also available in individual 8-ounce, quart and gallon sizes. Same-Day Topcoat containers are sold individually in 20-ounce and gallon sizes. “We believe the stain kits make it exceptionally easy for both professionals and do-it-yourselfers to finish a wide variety of Fypon woodgrain stainable pieces, including shutters, beams, mouldings, louvers and columns,” said Decker. “Our timber style stainable brackets, corbels and post wraps really come alive when finished with this authentic-looking stain.”
Known throughout the industry for exceptional quality and durability, Fypon synthetic mouldings, trim and columns are the consistent choice of builders and remodelers seeking products with outstanding value and fast installation. Building industry professionals rely on these finely crafted pieces to save them jobsite time and labor. All Fypon pieces are made of a closed cell structure that prevents water penetration and absorption.
