Today is the last day of the Building Industry Association of Hawaii’s (BIA-Hawaii) eighth annual Remodel It Right/Remodel It Green Expo at Neal Blaisdell Exhibition Hall. More than 200 exhibitor booths are presenting Hawaii’s top contractors, suppliers, building industry experts and associates in this convenient, centrally located showcase of remodeling industry expertise. The event theme, “Remodel It Right, Remodel It Green,” will enlighten and educate homeowners on the latest products, services and trends in energy savings and sustainable living.

Today’s unique features of this award winning expo include the “Meet the Experts” presentation at 1 p.m. on “How to lower your energy consumption, reduce utility bills and save money!” and the “Remodel It Right” panel of experts at 11 a.m., who will present in-depth round-table discussions on Architecture, General Contracting, Contractor Licensing, Permitting Basics, Prioritizing Your Remodel and Energy Savings and Credits. They are all offered in 10-minute rotating sessions. A free Remodeling Planning Kit will be offered to every family attending the 11 a.m. “Remodel It Right” panel session, while supplies last.
