Deadline for Approaching for Green Expo
Although the Building Industry Association of Hawaii’s seventh annual Remodel It Right/ Remodel It Green Expo is still several months away, the last call for exhibitor entrants is just around the corner.

More than 200 exhibitor booths will showcase Hawaii’s top contractors, suppliers, building industry experts and associates at the Remodel It Right/Remodel It Green Expo, slated for Aug. 26-28 at the Hawaii Convention Center. These exhibitors will combine under one roof to create more than 20,000 square feet of remodeling industry expertise. The event theme, “Remodel It Right, Remodel It Green,” will enlighten and educate homeowners on the latest products, services and trends in energy savings and sustainable living.
A very unique feature of this award-winning Expo is the “Meet the Experts” presentations that provide on-going, roundtable interactive discussions from the entire spectrum of the remodeling industry. “Learn the Six Elements of Green Living from the New Hawaiian Home,” “Bathroom & Kitchen Design and Remodeling Basics” and “How to Get Money Back from Six Green Remodeling Investments” will be conducted during the three event days.
The “Remodel It Right” panel of experts will offer three in-depth roundtable discussions on key topics that provide a strong foundation for homeowners’ remodeling projects. Architecture, general contracting, contractor licensing, permitting (City and County Building Department), prioritizing your remodel, and energy savings and credits all are offered in 10-minute rotating sessions, and a free Remodeling Planning Kit will be offered to every family attending the three-panel sessions, while supplies last.
